Burberry's First Watch Collection: The Britain
By SENATUS News | 5 October 2012

Burberry has launched their first watch collection for men and women. Aptly named "The Britain", the collection features four different movements. They include the 40-hour power reserve automatic, automatic and chronograph watches.

The iconic Burberry colour palette runs through the collection with great attention paid to the finer details. The watches are then finished with a transparent casing on the back of the automatic watches to reveal the intricacies of the movement and the Swiss craftsmanship.

The campaign for this collection features a British cast of emerging cultural talent that represents the many facets and attitudes of the brand and The Britain. Namely, musician Rob Pryor, actress Gabriella Wilde and art dealer HarryScrymgeour who are shot by photographer Mario Testino in the black and white portraits, highlighting the timeless appeal and versatility of this collection.
