On Display: Fashion Art Installation at Le Royal Monceau in Paris

A majestic couture dress consisting of over 5,000 handsculpted paper ruffles encrusted in Swarovski crystals, created by paper sculpturist Zoe Bradley is currently on display in the lobby of Le Royal Monceau - Raffles during Haute Couture Week until 19 February.
