The Singapore JewelFest 2013 (SJF13) set to take place from 11 to 15 October will see the first ever appearance in Asia by the world's most valuable necklace, priced at US$55 million featuring the world's largest internally flawless diamond, the Incomparable Diamond weighing over 400 carats.
Initially called the "Golden Giant", the diamond now sits proudly as the centerpiece of an 18K rose gold necklace containing 25 white diamonds, 27 pear-shaped diamonds, 9 white heart-shaped diamonds, 5 emerald-cut diamonds, 5 white cushion cut diamonds, 4 white oval diamonds, 3 white asscher-cut diamonds and 2 white radiant diamonds, giving the L'Incomparable necklace a combined weight of over 637 carats.
Mouwad, established in 1890, with a boutique presence at the Fullerton Hotel in Singapore, and remains a family jewellery business.
