In the second year of its partnership with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, as Proud Sponsor of the Oscars® as well as Founding Supporter of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Rolex is putting the spotlight on Kathryn Bigelow, James Cameron, Alejandro G. Iñárritu and Martin Scorsese - masters of their craft, whose films stand the test of time.

James Cameron was the first Rolex Testimonee in this field to be unveiled and is joined this year by Kathryn Bigelow, Alejandro G. Iñárritu and Martin Scorsese.

Cameron described his experience of being in the film with the other directors: "All four of us have very different styles and we’re interested in very different types of subjects, but what we have in common is a devotion to excellence, from a unique and visionary perspective on the world."

These four Rolex Testimonees have each won Best Director Oscars for their work and represent the pinnacle of achievement in film; all together their films have won 57 Academy Awards.

Each possess their own style, redefining the art of storytelling on the screen and in doing so, have contributed to creating some of the most unforgettable cinematic experiences.
