Bell & Ross illuminates the dark with the high tech BR-X3 Night Vision
By SENATUS Magazine | 27 December 2025

The second chapter in the avant-garde BR-X3 saga has arrived, propelling the iconic square silhouette into a contemporary dimension inspired by the high-stakes world of nocturnal aviation. This professional instrument captures the visual efficiency of head-up night displays found in the most sophisticated aircraft cockpits.

By drawing direct inspiration from flight instruments, Bell & Ross has developed a timepiece that ensures perfect legibility during both day and night missions. Produced in a limited edition of only 250 pieces, this watch is a rare treasure for those who navigate the shadows.

The 41mm case features an innovative sandwich construction that ensures maximum robustness through a blend of advanced components. Its main plates are crafted from LUM-CAMO, an exceptional material that combines carbon fiber with a photoluminescent resin. This tech-forward camouflage is complemented by a middle case made of titanium coated in sleek black PVD. Even the green rubber cylinders housing the case screws are photoluminescent, casting a techno-futuristic glow that extends far beyond the simple display of time.

Inside this striking exterior beats the BR-CAL.323 caliber, a manufacture automatic movement developed specially by Kenissi. This high-flying engine offers an impressive 70-hour power reserve and carries the prestigious COSC chronometer certification for ultimate precision. The skeletonized dial allows a glimpse of this mechanical heart through smoked glass, while the green-tinted sapphire crystal on the case-back reveals a specifically decorated oscillating weight.

Every detail of the face is a graphic interpretation of luminescence, featuring green Super-LumiNova on the numerals, indexes, and hands. The choice of green is a deliberate nod to the aeronautical head-up display systems used by fighter pilots. With its 100-meter water resistance and openworked black rubber strap, the watch balances extreme functionality with an aesthetic boldness that immerses the wearer in the heart of an aerospace control center.
