Oyster Perpetual Rolex Submariner 40MM
By SENATUS Watches & Jewelry | 4 August 2016

Created in 1953, the Rolex Submariner was the first wristwatch waterproof to a depth of 100 metres (330 feet). The archetype of the divers’ watch, it has swiftly expanded its horizons well beyond the element of its birth to become an emblematic all-rounder.

The Oyster Perpetual Rolex Submariner 40 mm in 904L steel with a black dial and Cerachrom bezel insert, features a luminescent capsule on the zero marker ensures legibility, no matter how dark the environment. Chromalight display with special luminescent material on its hands and hour markers also ensure readability in the darkest of environments.

The bezel’s knurled edge is carefully designed to offer excellent grip under water, even with gloves. A screw-down winding crown provides for maximum waterproofness, security and ease of handling.
