Now, the pinnacle of this legacy—the Freak S—is reimagined for the first time with an exquisite artisanal finish: enamelling. 

This inspired fusion of innovation and ancient métiers d'art is presented in two captivating, highly exclusive editions: vibrant turquoise blue and deep ruby red enamel. Each color is limited to just 50 pieces.

The rotating hour discs are hand-crafted Guilloché-Flinqué enamel, made in-house at Ulysse Nardin’s Donzé Cadrans workshop. This is a delicate process where pigments are blended, applied to an 18-carat white gold disc, and fired multiple times at approximately 800°C to achieve a permanent, vibrant depth of color.  

Beneath this artistry is a groundbreaking technical engine. It is the most complex time-only watch ever created. Its Manufacture calibre UN-251 is built across six distinct gear planes. It features two inclined silicon balance wheels set at a 20° angle. The world’s smallest mechanical differential, built with ball bearings, averages the rate of the two oscillators for unmatched accuracy. Finally, the revolutionary Grinder® automatic winding system ensures a remarkable 72-hour power reserve. 

Housed in a lightweight 45 mm titanium case, the Freak S Enamel is a masterpiece that unites cutting-edge engineering with centuries-old craft, alive with continuous motion.
