Patek Philippe evokes the romance of travel with a rose gold Calatrava Pilot Travel Time

3 December 2025

Patek Philippe pays a refined tribute to the golden age of aviation with the Calatrava Pilot Travel Time Reference 5524R. This bold timepiece captures the spirit of flight in a warm rose gold version that is enhanced by a rich brown dial featuring a sophisticated black-gradient rim. First launched in 2015, the collection continues to evolve and now includes this version joined by Reference 5524G in 2025.

Superb legibility is an absolute necessity for watches used by pilots and this model delivers with undeniable style. The face is enhanced with applied sculpted rose-gold numerals that feature white luminous coatings alongside broad luminous baton-style hands. A prominent and playful detail that catches the eye is the orange numeral one found on the analog date subsidiary dial positioned at 6 o'clock.
