For the first time in her career, supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio has been announced as the lucky angel to model the coveted Fantasy Bra at this year's Victoria's Secret catwalk show. Previous models of the item includes Miranda Kerr, Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum.

The glamourous gem encrusted piece which is designed by Long Island's London Jewellers features a floral setting of 5,200 amethysts, sapphires, rubies and diamonds on 18-carat rose and yellow gold. A 20 carat white diamond serves as the centerpiece.

With musical performances by Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars, the show will take place on 7th November before airing on US television on the 4th December, 2012.
