1981 - THE ULTRA-THIN MINUTE REPEATER.

In pursuit of exceptional creations and clients, Gérald Genta unveiled his first ultra-thin Minute Repeater with an impressive 2.72mm thickness, emphasizing the importance of style with dials crafted from white onyx, engraved bezels, and moon phases made from Lapis Lazuli. A perpetual calendar complication was added later that year.
