Off-White's Virgil Abloh is Louis Vuitton's New Menswear Designer
By SENATUS Magazine | 27 March 2018

Following the announcement that Kim Jones was stepping down from his role at Louis Vuitton after seven years with the Parisian label, and joining Dior Homme, Louis Vuitton has revealed that Virgil Abloh (known for his work at his brand, Off-White) will assume the mantle of Menswear Designer.

Trained as an architect and civil engineer, Abloh has no formal education in fashion, however, his brand Off-White has gained a cult following in recent times that has definitely earned him a spot as one of fashion’s finest.

Set to showcase his first collection for Louis Vuitton during Paris Men’s Fashion Week in June, Abloh has revealed that he has been working on a "brand manual" to help define his vision of Louis Vuitton. We can't wait to see what he has in store for the label.
