The Atmos Hermès Clock

Hermès, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Les Cristalleries de St. Louis, collaborated to produce the Atmos Hermès clock. Presented in a beautiful handmade transparent crystal globe (276 x 276 x 276 mm). The Atmos Hermes is powered by a Jaeger-LeCoultre manufactured Atmos movement, caliber Jaeger-LeCoultre 560a. It has an annular balance, a 15 jewel movement, and it operates at a frequency of 1 vibraion per minute. It is powered by air, mechanical near perpetual winding occurs thanks to fluctuations in temperature. Even a fluctuation as small as 1 degree can power the clock for 48-hours.

The sphere is made with an extra-white mineral glass with black silkscreen printing. The mechanism features a satin-brushed rhodiumed and polished finish. Hours and minutes are displayed via black dauphine type hands. Rhodiumed 172 mm-diameter base. Limited to 176 pieces.
