Here is a look at the snazzy uniform designs by Italian Fashion House Emporio Armani for the Italian team who wore them at the Olympic opening ceremony on July 27th 2012. The men’s uniform that features a navy suit with soft two buttoned jacket in cotton jersey, embroidered with the iconic Italian Olympic Committee logo in silver.

The women’s uniforms includes a navy outfit in jersey made up of a sporty two-buttoned jacket with the silver logo embroidery. These pieces are joined by an impeccable packable single-breasted blue nylon rain jacket, and a light blue pique polo shirt that is also embellished with the embroidered Italian Olympic Committee logo. The streamlined shoes are wing-tip brogues in blue and light blue suede.

All the garments are labelled with the words Fratelli d’Italia on the inside and detailing in the Italian flag colours to add a discreet and yet patriotic touch.
