Perfumer Shyamala Maisondieu has translated the singular, once-a-year allure of the fruit into TOM FORD Figue, an Eau de Parfum that explores the irresistible rawness of the Kadota fig. This exclusive accord captures the precise, exquisite moment before the fruit bursts, flooding the senses with a resinous nectar that feels both floral and fleshy.

The scent opens with a rush of electric energy. Luminous notes of fig leaf accord, violet leaf absolute, and herbaceous galbanum meet the sun-drenched vitality of vert de bergamote and mandarin essence. A layer of spicy baies rose adds a provocative edge, drawing the eye toward the jewel-like interior of the fruit.

At its heart, the Kadota fig accord offers a tactile convergence of sweet and savory. Prized for a plushness laced with salty essence, the fruit is further indulged by a dark Muscovado accord. This rich scent of indulgent sugar coats the composition, revealing a licorice side that deepens the fragrance’s undeniable sweetness.

As the scent settles, gilded yellow blossoms of ylang ylang absolute unfurl with radiant, balsamic warmth.
