Barbados singer Rihanna has collaborated with Dior on a new sunglassess collection, simply entitled, Rihanna. The pop diva, who is already a brand ambassador for the French fashion house, features in a series of visuals photographed by Jean Baptiste Mondino showcasing the futuristic-inspired collection.

Explaining her inspiration for the eyewear, which is a nod to the La Forge character from Star Trek, "I’ve always been obsessed with his eyewear, and when I got to Dior and saw all the materials I could play with, it all just came together."

The "Rihanna" will be available in six variations here in Singapore. The silver, green, blue, pink, and red styles will retail for S$1,300, and a deluxe, 24-karat gold-plated version for S$3,000.
