Van Cleef & Arpels Opens Boutique at ION Orchard in Singapore

Van Cleef & Arpels today officially opened the doors to its newest boutique located at ION Orchard, its third in the city-state of Singapore. On the occasion, the French jeweller has set up an exclusive Cadenas exhibition to showcase its treasure trove of fine jewellery, both archival and contemporary.
