Diane Kruger Announced as Chanel Beauty's New Face

Chanel has announced that actress Diane Kruger, who first represented Chanel’s Allure perfume in 1996, is the new face of its beauty campaign later this year. Praising her “natural elegance and beauty” and her “cosmopolitan spirit,” the French luxury label revealed that the ad campaign is for the next season.

Meanwhile Diane Kruger plays the role of ambassador for the brand, spotted regularly at Parisian marque's fashion shows and public events wearing Chanel. In 2007, she had appeared in ads for the Paris-Biarritz bag line, having made her Chanel debut back in the 1990s with a print campaign for the Allure fragrance.
