Jaeger-LeCoultre's The Stellar Odyssey Exhibition in Dubai begins in February 2023

26 January 2023

From February, Dubai will host The Stellar Odyssey, a major exhibition by our Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre, which pays homage to the astronomical phenomena that lie at the origins of time measurement.

Between the 4th & 23rd of February, the exhibition will honour the celestial events that have always fascinated the watchmakers of the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Since the dawn of history, the movements of the planets and constellations have been used to measure the passing of time, literally defining the origins of horology. Exploring how the mysteries of the cosmos are translated into micro-mechanical wonders that tell the time by capturing the universe in miniature through several themes, this multi-sensory exhibition will lead visitors on a journey to the cosmos.

“It is an important part of our mission at Jaeger-LeCoultre to share the secrets behind the art and craft of watchmaking with the wider world by bringing our Manufacture from the Vallée de Joux to the public around the globe,” says Catherine Alix-Renier, CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre.
