Haig Club Shanghai is the third in a series of events that have taken place in iconic cities, handpicked for their unique style, nightlife and culture.
Set across two floors of a stunning structure just off the famous Bund area, Haig Club Shanghai was hosted by its brand partners David Beckham and Simon Fuller, bringing together global industry leaders in fashion, food and drink, music and entertainment.
On the occasion, David Beckham added, "It’s amazing to see our shared vision of bringing a modern and stylish new Scotch Whisky to people all over the world.
To be able to return to Shanghai since I launched Haig Club here in China a little over a year ago is incredible."
Guests including Chinese celebrities singer Karen Mok, actor Chang Chen, models Coco Rocha, He Sui and Bonnie Chen, enjoyed simple signature serves and unique concoctions designed by Global Haig Club Brand Ambassador, Ewan Gunn, while savouring a fleet of dishes from one of China's forerunning chefs Steven Liu.
The evening's proceedings finished off with a flourish at the Skyline Bar and its sensational views of the magnificent city lights.
Shanghai also witnessed the newly-established tradition celebrating the Single Grain Scotch Whisky, with the building bathed in blue, likening the unique shape and architecture of the building to become a visual display of the square, blue iconic Haig Club bottle.
