Bangkok’s famed Stella bar is making a coveted journey to The Pineapple Room in Singapore for an exclusive, two-night showcase on November 7 and 8, 2025.

Led by the visionary Miriam Nini, Bars Manager at Capella Bangkok, this collaboration is a thrilling deep dive into Stella’s acclaimed menu, Journey into the New Siam. This is not merely a cocktail list; it is a fluid tapestry that artfully interweaves Thailand’s majestic royal heritage with the pulsing, cosmopolitan energy of modern Bangkok. Each sip is a narrative, a homage to indigenous Thai ingredients captured in the vibrant pulse of a city in constant, dazzling evolution.

Connoisseurs will have the distinct pleasure of tasting Stella’s signature creations, available for the very first time on the island.

Experience Siam 5.0, a sophisticated and elegant expression of Phra Nakhon's creative revival. It layers Nikka Whisky from the barrel and Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac with Oak Smoke, Tia Maria, and Fermented Thai Honey and Jasmine for a woody, complex profile.

Then, surrender to the Bangkok Noir, a complex, bittersweet, and aromatic serve that evokes the romantic allure of Bang Rak’s riverside mansions. This bold fusion marries Michter's Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Black Orchid, Campari, Mancino Vermouth, Ratafia Rossi, and Corte Vetusto Espadín Mezcal.

For something lighter, the vibrant Prathet Thai celebrates the birth of modern Thailand with Sabatini 0.0, lychee, Thai malai flowers, and Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda for a floral, refreshing finish.

Finally, the daring Umami Martini takes centre stage, blending Grey Goose Vodka and Patrón Añejo Tequila with white miso butter and makrut lime, served ice cold with a touch of Stella’s vegan caviar—a striking study in balance and intensity.

In a tribute to this creative crossover, Capella Singapore is also debuting an exclusive Capella Sling. This lush, tropical masterpiece—a blend of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal, peach, pineapple, Thai malai, and pandan—will capture the vibrant spirit of the collaboration and remain available at The Pineapple Room throughout the entire month of November.
