Estée Lauder’s Creative Makeup Director Tom Pecheux has created a fresh spring look for the upcoming season and a lineup of matte colorful nail polishes inspired by the colors of the famous Parisian Ladurée macarons, which are sold in a small vintage bakery at No. 16, rue Royale, ever since 1952. Five new pastel shades are grouped in a limited edition nail polish collection named Heavy Petals.
Speaking about the collection, Tom Pecheux said that it reflects dreamy and colorful image of Paris in the spring time, while the shades and the creamy finishes evoke beautiful bouquets from Parisian flower markets and tasty delicious macarons. Estée Lauder Heavy Petals nail polishes will be presented in 9ml glass bottles with gold-colored stopper and brand's insignia printed on the glass. The collection will be launched on January 1st, 2013, and each of the shades will be priced at £14.50.
