GUCCI Fall-Winter 2017/18 Handbags #FW1718
By SENATUS Magazine | 24 September 2017

Gucci's handbag offerings for the Fall/Winter 2017/18 season sees the inclusion of a magical wellspring of signs and symbols that influence the collection.

One of our top picks, the Sylvie handbag with animal studs, or nylon Web embedded under the leather and decorated with a gold chain and buckle.

There's also the Ottilia handbag decorated with printed insects-beetles, moths, ladybugs and butterflies, organized and numbered as they would appear in a display case.

Next up the Frame series named for the gold printed frame with an intricately braided pattern that outlines the handbag. The iconic bamboo handle is juxtaposed with the symbol of a roaring feline head, painted with colored enamel and encrusted with sparkling crystals and two stones at the eyes.

Finally, the GG Marmont series sees metal cicadas, moths, bees and lion heads - all motifs connected to the House - appear on the leather backpack or belt bag.
