Justin Bieber Sets 8 Guinness World Records

Justin Bieber has set new Guinness World Records for the 2017 edition of the iconic publication. The list of accolades include 'Most streamed track on Spotify in one week' for his single "What Do You Mean?" and 'Most streamed album on Spotify in one week'.

The list continues with 'Most simultaneous new entries in the Hot 100 by a solo artist', 'Most simultaneous tracks on the US singles chart', and 'First act to occupy all top three positions simultaneously on UK singles chart'.

The 22 year-old Canadian star also set new heights in social media with 'Most followers on twitter (male)', 'Most viewed music channel on YouTube (individual)' and 'Most subscribers on YouTube for a musician (male)'.

The Guinness World Records 2017 Edition will be available on 8 September 2016.
