The theme for this year's Metropolitan Museum of Art's exhibition entitled 'Manus x Machina' kicked off with its annual gala last night, and the occasion gave several celebrities the opportunity to dress in metallic outfits in a nod to contribution and influence of technology in evolution of fashion.
