Seen @ Mandarin Oriental 50th Anniversary Gala
By SENATUS Editor | 19 October 2013

Mandarin Oriental celebrated the 50th anniversary of its flagship Hong Kong property with a glamorous gala party on 17 October. The 50th anniversary is a special milestone in the history of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, which has been part of the social fabric of Hong Kong since opening in 1963.

“The Mandarin,” as it is often referred to by locals, has been embraced by royalty, heads of state, celebrities, leaders of finance and industry—and by its sophisticated guests from all over the world. When the hotel completed its renovation in 2006, the hotel was completely transformed, but was careful to preserve its much-loved character and soul. In a city that is changing so rapidly, the long-standing history and heritage of #Mandarin #Oriental, #Hong #Kong is one of its greatest assets – which makes this celebration so special.
